Zero Dynamic’s Two Station Juice Extractor Filter, Sieve Products Automatic Drilling Balancing Machine is a customized two-station single-plane automatic drilling correction balancing machine for juice extractor strainers. The equipment can complete all the balancing work from initial balance measurement, unbalance angle positioning, turning and carrying, drilling correction and balancing re-testing, vacuuming and other processes are completed continuously and automatically.
The measuring station of Zero Dynamic’s Two Station Juice Extractor Filter, Sieve Products Automatic Drilling Balancing Machine adopts self-designed precision gripper structure of tool machine grade, which has the advantages of accurate positioning, high measuring precision and high repeatability. The equipment also uses high precision vibration sensors as well as customized data acquisition card. The equipment uses windows operating system, which is easy to get started. The self-developed dynamic balancing software has data saving, querying, exporting and printing functions, and also supports amplitude display, and comes with alarm prompts, which makes it easy to find the fault location.
